Custom DCI
Hello All 
I have noticed that in the back of my aftermarket HU. (JVC) there is an input for an external (wired) remote (3.5MM Headphone jack connection)
Anyone here think that I can get a 3.5MM connector and splice it in to the factory dash controls? I dearly miss that thing!

no, you need something to translate the button clicks into something
the headunit understands. Modifry's DCI will do that for you:
