Default Custom LCD replacing the factory trim panel (RPM, speed, etc...)

I'd like to replace the factory trim panel with a LCD display and programm a custom interface for displaying RPM, speed, temp., etc.

I've tried with an ODB2 connector, but the data flow it really to slow. (9600b/s)

Does anybody know how I can retreive all my car infos in real time and get in on a PC to create my own look.

Thanks

Tap into the sensor wires....or wait a really long time until I get my version finished.

When you say "sensor wire", you mean wires that are plugged into the factory trim panel ?

Is it necessary to make a electronic box to convert the signal into digital for the computer ?

Depends on the sensor...some are analog, some are already digital. The analog ones you'll have to send through an A/D converter, some of the digital info (such as the speedo) is a PWM signal, so it's not as simple as reading a byte of data. OBD-II is meant mainly for diagnostic work, so don't expect the speed you need form it for anything other than the most basic of work.
