have any of you tried out the custom sub box being sold here:

It looks nice because it doesn't get in the way of anything, but I am wondering if it is designed for any specific subs? Come to think of it, it would be great if Lucid could design a "plug and play" set up with this box by offering several speaker+amp options. Complete with all wiring, diagrams, etc., in much the same way as the rear speaker packages. This would save an "electronically challenged" person such as myself a lot of time and hassle.

What you really need to make things easy is the 10" offset. Room to mount an amp on the box.

I really wish it could be done like that. I've debated doing a install manual for amps but I stopped short of doing so because you need knowledge of tools, wires etc. to make it happen.

 

Not sure how elaborate of an enclosure you desire. But this is available in a variety of styles and configurations (stealth or show).
