Default Dash cables

Just looking for a bit of advice on this cable. I believe it is linked to the central locking/alarm but just wondering if anyone knows exactly what. The car is a 2001 and the central locking and alarm have been disconnected so just trying to figure out what has gone on.

Cheers

All those black wires and the blue crimp-on connectors peeking out from the back are unlikely to be even dealer installed. I'm betting Bubba installation. Appears neat but the crimp connections are not professional.

So it's a UK car which has Hamilton and Palmer alarms fitted so guessing it is part of that as the alarm and central locking have been disconnected

You might have better luck posting this in the UK forum section. Maybe someone over there has schematics of that alarm

It's a 2001, but that helps as I thought it was a connector. So would removing the fuses really bypass the alarm system or would more have to be done?
