Default Remove Alarm Traces

Hey guys, I need some help to get my car back to how it should be. PO had a Avital alarm installed and "uninstalled" before I bought the car. Well not quite. Right now the central locking, key fobs and dome light dont work. In my research it looks like this is likely all connected to the traces of the alarm. I got under the dash and behind the engine start button where the wiring for this stuff is there appears to be quite a few splices. Whats my best option at getting this stuff put right? I'm honestly not really sure what I'm looking at and it's not like its the most easily accessible area either.

The first thing to do is to make sure the fobs are for a non-alarm equipped car - they communicate directly with the keyless module,
while alarm fobs communicate with the alarm unit which in turn sends hard-wired lock/unlock commands. There are various threads
out there on how to identify which is which, and if you have the correct fobs there is a procedure for programming the keyless to
accept them.
If wiring needs to be repaired, the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual would be invaluable.

Where are you finding the thread to tell the difference between alarm and non alarm fobs? I can't seem to find anywhere where there's a difference.

big difference is the alarm fobs have a option button instead of a trunk release.

That's crazy, in all my years I've never seen one of those. Suffice to say the car came with two OEM non-alarm fobs and neither will pair to the car. Guess it's time to pull out an electrical manual.
