Hey,

My dash control lights for the climate control fan button, and a couple of the lights on the left hand side, for the radio control buttons, are out. The lights don't come on along with the rest of them when the headlights are switched on.

I've tried searching, but I guess I suck at it, because I can't find a DIY fix, and I am guessing I am not the only one with this problem. I have found some LED conversions and color changing conversions, but I'd like to stay stock.

Help, please!

Just got a new bulb for the lower right dash light behind the temperature control knob....

Waiting to get the car down off of jackstands so I can replace it.....

1st bulb I've had to replace on my MY00!

That's from the official Honda service manual. I have the 2000-2005 version, and mine looks pretty similar although it's on a different page in the book, and it mentions using a plastic trim piece kit from KTC. Anyway the only technical difference I can see is that it notes the 2002-2005 model has a rear window defogger switch close to the heater control. Otherwise it should be the same.


Edit: If you're into tinkering with the S2, I (and many others on this forum) highly recommend the service manual. The S2 is the first car I've really dared to "work" on (albeit very basic things) and this book is really great to have.
