Default let me give it an other shot... dash BULBS?

Sup guys im sorry to be so annoying, i have been searching for months now, done searches after searches with no luck, does anybody have any idea what are the size of bulbs the dash controls uses? (audio control, Climate controls, Defrost button, start button, cruise control, roof switch, ect,

what are the sizes (mm) (Type) (genetic part number)? all the same? how many are there?

I know i can take it a part and find out, but i am really trying to take it apart ONES to just replace the bulbs, i would hate to snap something, or loose tightness from taking it apart so many times

Thank you so much in advance for the much needed help

They are PCB led's as far as I know, and are soldered onto the boards on both sides. Might want to check with DJ Cube he knows for sure.

They are neo wedge incandescence bulbs with base size of wither 8mm or 10 mm.

Mine burnt out while ago and I've been meaning to replace them with LED from http://autolumination.com/74.htm, but I've been lazy and now I can't remember how many of them there were.

Basically every button and toggle switch has 8mm bulb inside and climate control and audio control had mix of 10mm and 8mm bulbs.

If you are not interested in replacing them with LED then:

totally wrong. there are no LEDs on s2000 instrument clusters except for the fan speed, recirculate indicator, and AC on indicator. Everything else uses an incandescent bulb. to the OP, just check with ur honda dealer, they should have them on a diagram. There is a huge, huge variety of bulbs on the s2k.

What are standard #37 and #74 sockets? Are those what's in our cars, and if so how many of each would we need?

I really want to make my whole dash have blue lights instead of orange and red. I wish I knew what happened with that whole conversion a while back. Anyone know exactly how to do that?

I got all my blue LED's from autolumination as mentioned above. However, I'm almost 100% sure the sizes were 5mm and 8mm not 10mm. Regardless, there are 2 different sizes to replace all the dash lights.

What you need to do is start taking your car apart and comparing the bulbs to those on the website, count them up, then order. That's what I did and between pictures/diagrams on the website and looking at my parts I figured it out. They sell LED bulbs that will be a direct replacement to the incandescent already in the car. No soldering required.

Yes, I've already done this. No, I don't remember how many of each I ordered and I checked my e-mail and the receipt they e-mailed me doesn't say either. No, I don't feel like taking my dash apart and recounting for you...sorry.

Travis

P.S. Don't expect to replace the lights behind the speedo/tach part with blue LED's and expect it to look good...it doesn't work that way. But you can get the button LED's to look good...
