Does your new HU dim when you push your dash dimmer button? Mine does not. I'm wondering if I have hooked up wrong. The display is illuminated and I can dim it manually from the HU but it does not do anything when you push the dash dimmer button. I currently have it connected to the orange wire. Maybe it needs the orange and white wire? Any danger here? What do the experts think?
