the DCI is easier.

plug the red wire to the +12V accessory (same as the red wire for the head unit). plug the black wire to ground (the same one as the head unit).

basically, for these wires, you'll have both the red and black shared with the head unit and the DCI.

the green and purple wires plug into the green and purple wires on the car side of the wiring harness. these 2 lead the the dash controls. the blue wire will plug into the "ATT" wire coming from the head unit. Not all head units have one (if not, tape it off and leave it alone). This is for the MUTE button.

Now, the Honda wiring harnesses you get at the stereo shops probably won't have the green and purple. When I got the DCI from Lucid, it came with a Honda harness with these wires. Did you get one with the DCI???

Basically, you will replace the wiring harness you already have for your head unit with the custom wiring harness you got with the DCI. Basically, you install the head unit with this new harness the same way you did before. Seriously, the DCI is a very easy install. don't forget to set the switches to your brand. If you have the Sony one, plug the jack into the back; it has no switches.
