DIY Grounding Wires

The bracket is just a 2.5in metal brace in which I drilled 5 holes. If you look closely or blow the pics up you can see I have 5 wires. One wire is on the bolt which secures the bracket itself. I used about 18ft of wire.

you have a small battery. I wish mine was that size..instead i have the beast of a OEM honda battery.

I got the wire from a local electronics store and the terminals from Fry's Electronics. Pretty much any car stereo shop will have all the parts though.

A. you can't technically "sell" any sets because you're not really a vendor.

B. why would anyone buy something that has no useful purpose on the car?

You could have achieved the same gains by cleaning off the mounting point of the stock grounding system. The stock wiring is beefy enough for the alternator we have, and any perceived gains from adding in extra wire is strictly placebo-based.

and even then, you're not "really" gaining power. you're just restoring power that you had lost. (if you'd even lost any at all)

wouldnt having a wire directly connected to the ground be far better than the chassis being the ground????
