Most hondas have lt. green/red or black/white as the doorpin wire, common for all doors and the parkinglight wire is usually red/black. Get a meter and go digging in the drivers kick panel. In the S2000 there is a keyless module in the drivers kick behind the engine start button...you know...back around in there somewheres. You can find both wires there. Meter for both before making any connections.
both of these wires have been documented pretty well on the site, but i'm not in a position where i can look them up for you right now.
look for threads regarding alarm installations and MacGyver's windscreen install. i think he references both of them. also, modifry has a foot well lighting mod he offers, and he references the door open wire in there as well.
I'm not sure pokin' around is the best way to find things. Last time I know of somebody (a shop) doing that the owner of the car ended up with a Comptech Supercharger that would stall the engine whenever the AC was turned ON. Not exactly what he wanted.
Point is, just because a wire changes voltage when you flip a switch or turn the ignition ON doesn't mean it's "the one" you should connect to. If you plan on doing much of this on your car the Electrical Troublehsooting Manual will be invaluable.
The "lights on" power is available right at the under-dash fuse box.
