Default Drivers side low beam/turn signal out

Hey guys, I just recently purchased a 2001 ap1, the previous owner put Kinda Ricey eBay headlights with the stupid angel eyes and just the driver low beam was out, but the angel eyes worked, the passenger side worked perfect, went for a drive today and then noticed the driver side angel eyes and turn signal stopped working, and the passenger side angel eye stopped working too, but the low beams still work, the halogen high beams work on both headlights, and now my drivers side brake like is out too when it was working yesterday, the idiot who installed the headlights I guess never put the plastic fender liners back in and the light harness is exposed and looks to have be running during driving but when I more the harness around to at least get some sort of flicker I get nothing, what could it possibly be? Thanks so much for the help

Possible blown fuse. Our headlights are weird. More info here:

If thats not the problem, you should start by disconnecting all of the aftermarket stuff (or at least tracking down where every wire connects) and re-connecting stuff one at a time until you find the offender. Your symptoms suggest a bad connection somewhere. If the PO used wiretaps to make his connections, that would be the place to start.
