Now, I realize that for proper imaging and soundstage, I will have to mount my Focal TN-52 tweets in the pillars. I wanted to keep the cabin looking stock, but by mounting the tweeters in the stock location of my '05, it placed the music in my lap.

I used 108 sq. ft. of Dynamat X-treme.
I think the most important thing to Dynamat is the door panels. Secondly, the interior of the trunk lid and the underside of the convertible tray.

Just my thoughts,
Thraak

Yes pretty much all one piece - I tried to do as much as I could in one piece and then add the rest in as small layers.

2 words of advice: Use gloves or you're going to have some real nasty cuts (think paper cuts but MUCH deeper)

**One added bonus from this dynamat I just found out....with the added dynamat, my doors now "THUD" when I close them! Road noise also seems to have decreased substantially and seems like wind noise has also decreased.

It's very solid and sounds almost like my BMW doors - woohoo!
