i dynamatted around it on the fuel tank but I removed it from the bottom of the conv tray

i just used a heatgun to make it pliable. It was fairly easy to form it to shape after that. but, whatever works, strips are still better than nothing at all!

how much weight do you think it all added up to after doing the whole car? and do you noticed a difference when driving it? like can u feel the extra weight? (i hope im makin some sense. sorry if im not...)

to be honest, the extra weight I added with the soundproofing is negligible to the extra weight in hauling in the trunk with the added audio.



And with everything in, the car handles amazing still, but then i do also have a lot of suspension and chassis mods.

ic. dang dat CF lining looks sick....howd u do that? i was thinking to dynamat the whole trunk and instead of putting the carpet liners back, i would put carpet ontop of the dynamat...like kinda how u did with the CF but just with carpet again. does that make any sense? haha. well yea yours looks really nice...do it urself?

I am getting ready to lay this stuff down this weekend. How did you work the heat gun? Did you heat it up and you went over it with a roller or did you pre heat it? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you dynamat the entire trunk...can you re-lay the orignial carpet back over it? Or do you have to do other material?
