sigh - so i'm the only one w/o a present at the door today...

bummer.

either or, they've delivered here as late as 7:30p - so, i'm not out of the running yet.

still, news that William's got one is only good news for me... WOOT!

and William, if the pictures don't do it justice, the wife is in trouble... i had an unusual stirring in my pants from just from the pics... what's the real thing going to do?

Good to hear! Would T-nuts help with the 'screws too near cutout' problem? or does it just need careful installation?

in my defense i spent about 2 minutes taking those pictures (had to catch a ride out of town), i didn't even proof the pictures on the camera!

i agree, the driver is such high quality that you need to have it in hand to appreciate it.

i left town 2 hours after getting it, so i keep looking at my own pictures of the driver! i'm thinking of taking some better pictures and turning it into desktop wallpaper

its too bad that SC's sub will come mounted in the enclosure, he'll miss out on holding and pawing at the driver

hehe, yes, it's difficult for pictures to capture how nice this driver is, i know I keep saying that, but it's just soooo nice.

I love looking at it, for the price it is a great looking speaker. i'm waiting to hear you're impressions on how it sounds. afterall that is the reason we all bought it!

with so little material to screw into, what size mounting screws are you using? #6?

Not quite - but the good new is that no adapter/spacer ring will be required - the enclosure is deep enough as it is.
