I found a post on here two days ago that the 2006+ factory head unit with XM capability supported text display. I just bought a 2007 factory HU and swapped it in place of my 2005 unit. No text.

I'm using the PA15 HON2 with a 3rd-gen iPod Nano.

I just spent ten minutes searching for the topic where I found the information to determine if I misread something... but now I can't find it.

Can anyone help me with this?

 

i think only text is supported with XM, sorry but you wasted your money.

 

Yeah, I think that the original topic that I saw failed to mention that. The stereo was only $35 so I think I should be able to sell it for that much.

Nope, text works with the XM only apparently, not the iPod.
