Find one that allows you to use the iPod for control and song selection (which may mean you have to just use a simple aux-in adapter). Trust me, you don't want to be using the head unit for control, or trying to read song titles on the head unit. With the limited display and browsing capabilities of the head unit, it will be frustrating and futile.
I have an older Dension iceLink in my S2K (I believe DICE electronics makes the modern version of this adapter). The iceLink lets you use the radio to browse playlists -or- you can set it up to use the iPod menus/controls (like normal). The second mode is much, much better. I only used the radio control/display mode for a few minutes before I realized how bad it sucked. The iPod interface is far better. In this mode, I can still use the "CH" button on the dash to skip tracks, which is useful.
I have heard that the Honda interface stinks. So I'd check out that DICE one. If it allows you to use the iPod for control, that's a great option. If not, maybe just get a basic aux-in adapter.
