i just threw a sub in the trunk. Should i remove the matting stuff from between the trunk n the interior of the car? the stuff you see in there when you pull the spare tire out. seems all the bass is on the outside of the car.

 

It really shouldn't make that big of a difference. You could always just remove them and see if you can notice the difference.
