Default Finished installing Alpine F240 amp IN spare tire

Still need to clean up the wires, but its working out great! Running the stock HU with Infinity Perfects 6.1 and they really shine.

That's a very nice install. What did you use for the mounting panel? Did you remove the tie down screw for the spare tire? Or did build in clearance for this in your panel?

I had to remove the tie down for the spare, but with the amp in its place it goes in as a press fit. Everything is nice and tight.

I just used some wood I found around my parent's house. A little thicker than 1/4"
