I know there's been a lot of threads about this but most of them are years old so I thought I would ask this again since it's 2019 now and maybe there are new products out there. Are there any single DIN units with a screen that flips out that is compatible with our cars (without hitting the dash since our radio location is recessed)? Ideally something with Android Auto compatibility?

 

Check out this post with a link to a thread of someone who had one. Radio door doesn't close anymore and shifter had to be in 2nd/4th/6th while the screen was opening/closing for it to clear. This was 6 years ago though. I just googled "s2ki single din screen" and that was the first result if you wish to delve deeper into other threads.
