I am hearing a lot about tweeter "brightness" when mounted in the A-pillars facing the passengers... I think that I have such satisfying highs because 1)I mounted them in the furthest-most corners of the dash and they reflect off the windshield 2)I have an eq and reduce upper frequencies 3)I made sure to purchase tweeters that were soft (silk) and not metal (titanium)...
