I put mine in the A-Pillars. Alot cheaper to replace than door panels.

I put mine in the A pillars as well for the same reason as SSS2k. Also if you put them down low they can be blocked by your and your passengers legs. It is recommended that you keep the tweeter within 6 inches of the woofer for best sound and facing the same direction or plane. I've got extreme control over all of my speakers with independent gains, in/out of phase control, time correction, x-over points, x-over slopes, 13 band eq and so on. I have the ability to correct the problems associated with mounting tweets high and away from the woofers. If you don't have this kind of control it will be loud and clear but not really sound the greatest. My hu...Pioneer DEX-P1R, my component set...JL VR 600.

Put them in the same place as the MY '02 for the best sound. That's what I did, and don't regret it.

I also thought it would be cool to mount them on the A-panels, but i dont know how to get them off...

After talkin with some friends, I decided to mount them on the door where coxmw has mounted his...

coxmw:
How hard was it drilling those holes for your tweets? Which side did you start drilling on? Did you have to exacto-knife the vinyl side first to keep it from ripping under the drill bit? Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks for the ideas, guys
