Davie's system doesn't sound too bad. From the outside, you would think he has a single 8" subwoofer, but its all output from the mids. The tweeters on the a-pillar does present a problem though. The reflection off the glass gave a huge spike around 6-8khz. There were a lot of sibilance. The EQ had to be lowered by at least -3db on a wide Q at around 8khz. The problem is that when 8khz was reduced, the sound was less ear-shreading, but a lot of information was lost. It's too bad we can't utilize the kick panel area, otherwise it would have been a great setup.
