GPS installation

I want to install a Garmin GPS in my 2002 s2000. But I don't want to run a wire from the 12vdc plug. Is there a good way to tap 12v from something near the dash?

Thanks for the info - I hate hacking into the car and running wires all over the place - especially with my new baby.
