Default harness for deck

For the rear speakers and such that the s2000 doesn't use, do you guys just tape the spare wires off or.do you connect them all??? I was gonna connect them all because knowing me, I would probably not connect one I would need

Personally, I used solder/heatshrink for yellow-12v, red-ign/acc 12v, blue-antenna... put the deck's ground under a bolt to the metal frame behind the dash.. and pulled the wires/pins for everything else on the harness. Since I am using the rca pre-outs to an amp for the speakers, nothing else was needed & it made the install/wiring much cleaner..
If there are wires you aren't using, you can just tape em off.. doesn't really matter too much, just whatever is easier for you.
But if you're worried about not connecting it correctly, I would follow the diagrams for the wiring harness & connect everything just to be safe.

Just make sure not to let the orange wires from the same harness touch each other, unless you want a disaster on your hands.
