I don't have a S2000 yet but I'm planning to get on in the near future. Yes I was thinking about it for a long time but had some financial setbacks. Anyhow I'm looking to get into car audio a bit but I want something that will easily be moved.

So what is the speaker size of the S2000?

Second of all between Premier DEHP740MP head unit and Alpine CDA7893 head unit which one do you think is better?

6 1/2'' mids and I think for the 2002 model it has 1'' tweeter. As for head unit, I have a Pioneer, wish I went with Alpine or Eclipse.
