Default Headunit problems

I got one installed a long time again. But now when I want to finsih it. I can't find the screws. Would the 4 screws (2 screws on each corner) be enough. I forgot how the two big screws ( one on each side) in the middle were for.

I only have the four stock screws holding my aftermarket unit in place. It is solid as a rock and won't skip. If you have four screws that should be fine!

I'm lost. There should only be four screws to lock the headunit down. There are two screws for the adapter bracket (1 each side), I believe. At least that is all I use there.

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but I'll try. Are the two big screws you're talking about the ones that go on the left and right sides of the HU's body to hold that metal adapter like thing. That adapter is what has the holes for the other 4 screws. So, basically, first you connect the adapter to the HU using screws (could be one/two depending on the HU). Then, you install the HU and screw in the adapter to the car. If this is the case, you do need those big screws to start with.
