not sure yet---I was ordering the JDM badges from HTG and I saw the harness so I went for it to save on shipping costs later---I just got the car a few weeks ago and I want to upgrade the sound system and I was thinking rear speakers would be in order at some point but I'm sure which way to go yet. From reviewing past posts it sounds like a new head unit is something to do first and then maybe better front speakers.
This forum is a wealth of info and I'm still "digesting" all the info on head units, rear speakers, etc--I think a lot of my questions are being answered by past posts as I get a chance to review them---all you guys are amazing with all the info on stuff you've done and willingness to share--as a "newbie" let me say "thank you!!"

Well, glad we can help, I'm fairly new also.

As far as rear speakers, i just installed the Spods from Mark and I love em'. You can actually here the radio above 60mph with the top down and thats on a stock HU. Weather you you upgrade the HU or not, the rear speakers plug on the 04'+ is a female plug just sitting alone on the main harness right behind and under the AC controls.

how did you do the wiring--are each of the Pods one channel each or did you run them mono?

the speakers I bought each have a channel. 4 wires total, ran each down to the panel right behind the seats through the vent, down behind the leather behind the seats, through the center along the side, tucked under the leather and up behind the HU. I butted the wires to the wires on the male connector I got from my old Accord and pluged it right into the female connector that's attached to the main harness.
