it's important to note that 4300k, 6000k, 8000k etc. are NOT
power ratings like watts, they are color. Going with a higher
number is NOT an upgrade in brightness!

right it is goign to be a downgrade due to reduced lumens (if I am not mistaken - if i am correct me)

Black light can easily confirm lost lumens with higher color temps. Violet = extremely high color temp (K).
