Finishing the system early Feb.
Firstly, I wanted to thank all the EJs (especially NFRs2000NYC and Darkknight1999) for their patient answers to my noob questions and all the advice.
Okay, here is what I currently have in the car:
Nakamichi CD400 HU
Spods
Infinity Kappa 5800cs in the Spods
Here is what Nsxnext1 is scheduled to install the first week in Feb to finish up my stereo system:
Alpine pdx-4.150 amp
Focal 165k2p in the doors
Dynamatting the doors
Does anyone have any suggestions on better amp/speaker choices for around the same kind of money (around 1,000 for both) and if so, why. Thanks for any input.

Why would that hurt the soundstage? You realize that this car is just about the worst example of a useful soundstage in a car right? He will have some tuning to do... which I'm not sure if the Nak can do what really needs to be done....
