High amp alternator

Default High amp alternator

I'm looking for a high amp alternator found one on eBay says it 200amp if anyone knows we're to get a good one please let me know thanks

I have not personally used them but there have been several reviews of them on the caraudio forums from people who clearly didn't read or failed to believe the prior reviews. These do no, will not, put out rated power.

Why? What's the reason for so many amps? Bigger Optima Battery capacity, capacitors bigger gauge wiring is your friend!

You would be amazed what a standard alternator can push out when wired and setup correctly.

I have a full size optima yellow top in the trunk only drive the car once a week if that, was having some problems with the car thought the alternator was bad. I slow charged the battery over night and it's been fine ever since.
