all you need to do is find how to tap into the immobilizer relay (which taps into the fuel pump relay).

if that is too cumbersome, find where the fuel pump relay is, and just install a kill switch there and put it in a location that only you know about. (so when everything is functioning properly, if that switch is not on when you go to crank, your fuel pump will not get power).

having a dc2 Integra type R, the best policy is security in layers. layers = give them hell trying to figure out that this car is protected and its not going to be an easy kill.

Or buy a set from a junk yard and then to recover your cost sell your old stuff to another S2000 owner who wants to theft-proof their car. Sure it's more work, but you end up with a totally stock setup that is theft-proof without having to resort to any special process for starting the car. Any observer will only see you put the key in and go, and will never know that a VIN copy will be useless.
From what my local Honda dealer told me, the new key has to be programmed to the ECU via Honda software. I have had this done once already on a new key and really hope that this is the way it works. But hackers will be hackers.

Just do the GPS tracker, I've had a car get stolen (my Mercedes, not my S.)
If they want the car badly enough, they will take it.

I have one of these, https://trackmategps.com/ VERY stealthy install too.

I get text messages if it leaves my home/work/shop etc and can real time track it.

In the event that your car gets stolen, you'll catch a thief and get your car back very quickly.

I have seen one very similar to danderso's mentioned one, this is called 'back2you'

Self Contained GPS Vehicle Tracker - Back2You

I believe this one connects to your phone, if hardwired it connects a relay to the fuel pump, so you can switch it and it will disable the fuel pump.
