Default How do I secure an amp under my seat?

Hi guys, I've searched around the forum quite a bit and can't quite find what im looking for. I've got an Audison SRx-2 amp (its tiny) wired and ready to be installed under the drivers seat. What im not sure about is how best to fasten it down and I really dont want to drill holes in my floor pan. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I can't answer your question, but another option is to put the amp above
the gas tank - I've done it with a Boston GT40 which is remarkably
similar to the Audison SRx4 (I've seen speculation that Audison actually
builds these amps for Boston, and indeed mine is made in Italy).

What I did, and it wasn't a permanent solution, was to attach 2 strips of the "rough" half of velcro to the bottom of the amp. The rough side stuck to the carpet of the car with friction since the carpet was kinda like the "soft" half of velcro. Make sense?

i would just use some machine screws, tiny ones dipped in some silicone to seal everything up. if you are set against drilling holes, which is very understandable, put a thin peice of plywood under your carpet and drill into that
