my friend has an 05 s and want to hook up an i pod to the stock deck but does not know where he can find the kit for it anyone done this to their ap2? does anyone know a web site on where to find the kit?

 

If you want to hook up an ipod to the stock headunit you will need a honda music link. You can buy it at your local Honda dealer or at hardtopguy.

Yeah, and for your trouble, you could just buy a $150 Alpine HU and the $30 iPod cable and get a better HU and iPod charging for your trouble and cost. Add $100 for a Modifry dash interface if you want to keep your dash controls.

 

that honda music link isn't worth it

if u just want some mediocre music, just get a fm tuner... it works half ass well, but it still works...

or just get a new HU all together.

he already hook up all new speaker and one sub and it sound very good with the stock deck thats why he was just trying to see how much the ipod hook up would be. on one of the s2000 drives we did someone said it was only 50 bucks to get some kind of connection ?? he forgot the link to the site but said he got the site from here so thats why i was trying to find out??
