Default "How to" for Sumitomo connectors

Are there any "How to " or DIY instructions online for the Sumitomo connectors found on our cars? Dissasembly and assembly of a new connector, removing the pins from a used one, dissasembly of a old one and so on...

Here are a couple of videos to help. I believe most of ours will come apart in a similar fashion. The first is made by a company that makes pigtails so they are also a potential source for replacements if you need them.

This is one for the VTEC oil pressure switch. Same concept.
