What is the process to tune your system? Does it come to adjusting the gains...I thought they were just supposed to be on low? Or is it done through the HU? Thanks

What Hz and lp filter should a subwoofer be set to?
What about door speakers?

It all depends on what the speakers you are using can handle and what type of enclosure they are in. If you have little to no experiance in this field then I would say take it to a good shop and have them tune it for you. It will only take a few min.'s and can't cost more than $60
