So my Pioneer 8600 has been going nuts lately, mostly volume control issues which seems to be directed related to using the brakes. I've had it mostly go to mute once I let my foot off the brake, if I tap the brakes there's a chance it'll do a track up. Anyone have this happen, it was tough to search for this one so forgive me if its a repost question.

Sounds like some wires are crossed. Inspect the unit and wiring for obvious signs of damage.
