Default I am Enjoying Having A Paging Alarm System

Had a Viper 5901 installed last week and I have to say I don't worry about the car as much now.
After carefully setting the motion sensor, I know if anyone causes my car to move it will call me when I am up to a mile away.
I do try to leave it in a place where it won't get smacked by other car doors, etc.
There have been no false alarms or othe rproblems.

The only issue is what to do if I get paged.
I guess verify the intrusion and call the police, then go to the car.

I know you can't beat a guy up over this stuff, unfortunately, or know what kind of weapon they may be carrying.
If someone keys your car and runs, you probably won't catch them.

Still, I do feel better.

Alarm install took about 6 hrs. No false alarms yet because I set the sensitivity lower than normal.
I love the alarm and its one mile paging range.

I have had a car stolen beofre in MA, learned a lesson. every car since has an alarm.
