iDA-x001 MP3 issues with USB

iDA-x001 MP3 issues with USB
For some reason, many of the MP3 I have on my USB drive come up as "unsupported" and will not play on the unit. they play fine on my laptop however. Has anyone had this problem or any suggestions? thanks
