Default Installing system need help ASAP

Hey guys I am in the middle of my system install and need some help. My HU is an Alpine 9861. It has a wire coming out of it that is labeled "Remote".

1. Do I just tap my remote wires for the amps into that or do I need to tap somewhere on the wiring harness?

2. I have two amps. Can both remote wires for the amps be tapped into that one wire coming out of the HU?

3. Can I run one power wire from the battery to the trunk and then split it for two amps? Or do I need a separate power cable for each amp?

Any help is appreciated.

BTW how the heck am I going to fit all the wires in back of the HU into the dash. The space was cramped before and now with my rca cable I dont know how I am going to do it. Any tricks?

If you are running anything high power (400+ combined RMS watts) then I would go with 4 gauge, if the amps are relatively small then you should be cool with 8.

This page has a chart of recommended power wires based on RMS wattage and distance. Since you are powering 2 amps off of 1 power wire you should consider using 4 gauge.
