Default iPod clearscan ac adapter problem

so i bought one of these for my ipod

it goes in the ac adapter, but when i put my ipod on and plug it in, it seems to fall to the left/right. im guessing this is because inside our ac adapter isnt steady and turns? has anyone had this problem? is there a way i could fix this or should i just return the tunebase fm and get something else?

dude, i hate the this product. i bought one from apple, when my monster cord unit broke. the monster unit last me through 3 cars in about 1 1/2 years. while the belkin started to become worst. if you can return it i would... the connector is very tight and causes some damage to the ac port, mine become loose and kinda fell on one side. but yeah very expensive ( i spent around $100) but yeah i bought a cheap FM transmitter and like it 100x more then the belkin. but yeah they are not built very good and always get bad reception even with clear scan... so mine is lying around in my room not getting used.

yeah the best bet would go with the monster one if they still sell it. very good product also charges the ipod and has very good reception, the only thing is that its on a cord so durability isnt so good if it keeps getting moved around. you could also go with a wireless FM transmitter that is good but your ipod battery will die really quick, i have one the reception is ok way better then my belkin..... but heres a link to the monester unit: http://store.apple.com/us/product/TF...mco=MTIxODk3Mw
( on the apple website it shows bad reviews on it, for me finding a clear station wasnt a problem and it worked well... but for some peps they didnt like it lol)
