hey everyone, i've been reading a lot about stereos and the best way to add an iPod to our S2000's. i finally ended up buying the SNHOND3, which goes into the back of the stock head unit on the 2005. i saw how to install it, but i was wondering how you configure the ipod? i saw one picture of the iPod being wired into the glovebox---looks really great but i'm afraid of messing up my console and drilling into the hard plastic.

i was thinking of routing the wire behind the stereo into the passenger footwell and keeping the iPod in the cargo net on passenger side. has anyone had experience doing this? any pictures of this or any other type of iPod configurations? much appreciated. thanks!

 

I lot of people put them there. Since I am using a CDA9857 HU to control my iPod I am going to mount mine in the glove box or secret compartment since I will never touch it when it's in the car. I just took my interior and trunk apart so I probably wont have pics of the completed install for a few weeks.. decided to add more than just the HU and iPod...
