Default iPod in Glovebox... How?

I've seen a couple of pictures of people who have put their iPod in the glovebox.

How do you get behind the glovebox in order to drill a hole for the wire?

I've been looking around the car, removed the console, but can't see a way to get there without dismantling a good chunk of the interior. If that's the only way to do it that's cool, but before I start taking the car apart I thought I'd see if there might be an easier way.

Thanks.

I just installed mine today via the ALpine 420I iPod Interface. I ran the wire underneath the console up under the glove box and through the door joint on the glove box door. Then clipped the iPod to the strap on the glove box door. Worked great and did not have to drill any holes. Hope that helps. If you need pictures, send me an e-mail at mbongiovi @adelphia.net and I will reply with some pictures.
