The neo does not work with '04-05. This is why everyone is having so many problems finding a solution.
I think that is incorrect. The neo is the same as the dension iceLink now. I have an iceLink+ in my 05 and it works fine. They do not offer it for the pre-04 S2K however.

Can someone tell me where I can get this ice>link: Plus system?

Thanks,
I bought mine at BestBuy down the street ($199). Or you can find them online.

The Ice Link shipps for the 2005 cars as the head unit in the new cars is different and the Neo ION will not work.

The relationship between the two companies is confusing. I believe that neither is owned by the other, but rather they have formed a partnership to fill in the "holes" in coverage that each line had. ie. Neo makes units for pre '04 units that are sold under the Neo Ion label and packaged in the plastic box shown on mp3yourcar. Since they never developed one for the 04-05 cars, they resell the Dension unit theough their site. Unfortunately they don't tell consumers this (ask F1 Fanatic) befor they buy.

I am very soured on the Dension brand, and am looking for another unit. I went through two Densions and they both died the same way, one in two months and one in two weeks. Customer service is slow, and unresponsive, and the "full refund" issued to me took a month to process and then subject to a 15% restocking fee even though it was returned completely in original packaging.

I would be soured too, with service like that. I can't believe they charged a restocking fee in this case! I have heard about their lousy customer service from other people too.
