Default Ipod from Stock stereo

Hey all, I just this weekend switched from a 96 Z3 to a MY04 S2000, unbelievable car, I can't stop staring at it or driving it. Anyways, I see that there is an AUX button on the stock deck. Can my Ipod be run into this somehow? I really want to keep this car as stock as possible.

Please help me out.

actually a search for an 04 will return not so much... i have tried for mine...

i am still unclear as to whether i can hardwire my ipod in or not (MY04 before i get flamed), but i know it won't take a blitzsafe adapter, or the pie adapter listed in the ipod link thread...

and i tried the belkin fm modulator in my cl-s, sounded like crap!

i have asked a few times but i never started a thread, and i don't think you can utilize the cd changer out, without doing some figuring on your own as to what is what, and there sure as hell isnt much room to go splicing wire back there anyway

edit: no one ever clarified if you can use the icelink correctly or not on the 04, i would be interested to hear if you did, but there is no way i am gonna pay $200 bucks for it!

You are correct, sir. I'm not paying that for an adapter.

IMO the ice link solution is overpriced and inadequate anyway. You are better off buying a new Alpine HU that will totally integrate with the ipod, track titles album names, etc. displayed on your HU. This will connect through the Alpine Ai net. But....
it won't be released until this summer ;(

If the clarion has an AUX out there has to be a way to convert it to RCA's (if it's not RCA's already) Once this is done, a simple 3.5 mm to RCA adapter should do the trick.

wrench+machine= WTF?!!

There is an AUX button in the o4 stock HU. I had to go down to the parking lot and check, but it exists in an o4. Why no Aux line? How do you hook up an aux out without an aux line out?
