So i installed my system my set up includes,
Rockford Fosgate P3 10" (they ran out of 10" alpine type r's"
Alpine 6.5 type s speakers
Crunch PZi 1000.1 - Mono Channel Amp





so my set up isn't the greatest but i was wondering, with this set-up, is it decent enough? or should i go more? right now im just using the cubbie as the box, but in a week im going to get the dimensions and make another box underneath to seal it for sure then im going to flip the sub around..also i have a the 2006 stock head unit.

so my questions are...
1) with this set up is it enough?
2) with the 06 stock hu, would it be better to upgrade to an aftermarket?

 

its all personal preference of how much bump you want.

its always better to upgrade to something aftermarket for the HU. itll make your sound clearer, feed power a little better to your speakers, and they have better capabilties.

the choice is yours.
