JVC wired DCI + mute button
I got the modifry wired DCI for my JVC AVX33 deck and everything is hooked up as it was when I had the IR DCI with my Alpine deck.
Everything works, except for the mute function. When everything is cold, the deck goes into telephone mode when I hit the mute button. But after having the deck on for a while, when I hit the mute button, the light comes on but the deck is still in regular mode.
I tried playing with the dip switches to make it wired and IR setting but it is still the same. Some times when I hit the mute buttom, the deck will jump from and back to telephone setting.
Anyone ever have this happen to them?
