Hi guys, this is James Ryan, John Ryans borther...he tried to post the following himself but was unable to...so im doing it for him.


So its been a long time since I've been on here.... I find it funny
that people turn on someone so quickly with out knowing what the hell
they are talking about. Good call on that one guys.

Everyone here has my cell phone. and if you dont its 508-450-1555 Any
one of the people that I owe gear to could have called and I would
have shipped out the gear. I haven't been doing any car work for about
a year. I took most of my car apart stereo wise. I never even finished
my own system last year. I drove the car a handful of time.

As far as I know 4 people have outstanding product. I need each one of
you to email me your current address. The product will ship out next
week or as I get the emails with your addresses.

I dont have access to my Kinetic email and haven't for some time. I've
had everyones stuff sitting in storage for a while I honesly just
haven't shipped it.

I never planned this to happen and its not how I normally would have
handled it... I think by now people would have realized something must
have been really wrong. Only 4 people hear ever even asked... no one
here has all the facts, not that its an excuse for taking this long to
respond... cause even I would have been pissed.

Sorry for taking such a long time. I know some of you don't need the
gear but I'll still be shipping them out. Maybe you'll use it maybe
you'll sell it. Either way, I'll be shipping it out once I have your
new address.

How come every time you reply its always "Its ready to ship out today" or "it will be ready next week".....same sob story for the past year

How come when he posts to give people contact information on how to get a hold of him and get this stuff taken care of (like people have been asking him to do) people just complain more? Did you ever stop and think just for a moment that maybe he was planning on shipping things out after a few really bad things happened in his life and then something even worse happened?

 

disclaimer; I was not involved in any of the transactions...

But, compared to many, many bad business dealings I have seen occur on this and other internet forums, people stuck up for John and gave him the benefit of the doubt MUCH longer than I had ever seen before. Countless people vouched for him.

 

I was involved in a transaction when all this occured and I gotta agree with Will. I was a new member at the time and I gave John plenty of time to get a hold of me because of what other members had to say. I also understand the fact that sh*t happens, but your brother had an obligation to his PAYING customers once he took our money regardless of what happened in his personal life. Most of us were very forgiving [myself in particular], but after awhile even I got fed up. I think most of us weren't even upset with the fact that it would be delayed, it was how he handled it.

All that being said, I emailed him earlier today and he replied several times right away. He said my items would be shipped out soon and he would email me back with the tracking number. So I hope everything works out, for me and John.
