if you paid with a credit card, my CC company was EXCELLENT at providing the $ back to me, and I guess they are going to try to get it back from him since it's been 4+ months

My aunt is a lawyer, and I just emailed her asking what me, or all of us could do, if anything. And unfortunately I used a debit card, not a credit card, so I can't get my money back that way. Or paypal, as it's been too long. =/.

I'll let everyone know if she has any ideas.

Regardless of the personal issues, being a vendor you have responsibilites. I'm glad one person was able to resolve his issue. Now good luck with everyone else..

IMO, everyone thats been waiting for their product should receive something extra. Being some cash back, products, discounts, etc... It just makes sense. Waiting 3+ months is just not exceptable, especially with no communication. If it wasnt for this thread, there would've been none still. Just my .02.

and since I had an email stating that he was trying to send it out and just wasn't doing it, they extended the timeframe, cuz normally they limit it to 120 days from when the money was sent.

If the transaction on your statement says "check card purchase" or "visa checkcard" etc. you are covered the same way that a regular visa credit card is, however, you only have 60 days from the statement date to dispute a charge.
Anything longer is not mandatory.

I talked to washington mutual today, and they said because it was filed through paypal, they aren't in control. Now I can only get the money back from paypal. Which I'm pretty sure won't happen, but I'll be contacting them tomorrow,

I have to say that I'm getting fed up as well and will be contacting my bank this week. Like Espelir, I used paypal attached to my checking account. Paypal has already stated that they won't do anything so I have no other options. Let us know how it works out for ya Esp, maybe it'll give us some insight into what the rest of us can do to try and get our money back.
