Glad it got you somewhere.

Have you tried playing back music stored in the phone, rather than using Pandora?


Do you get crackling through your headphones (I'm assuming it's the same connector)? If not, then try connecting another MP3 player/phone to the HU.

I actually have no computer at the moment so gettin music off
It to the phone is impossible. I have not tried head phones
In it because I have none lol....guess I gotta search to trouble shoot

Can you download an MP3 onto the phone from the likes of amazon?

Can you borrow a friend's phone and see if that's any better or worse?

You need to establish if the problem lies with either the phone, the cable, or the head unit.
